A Certified Project Officer (CPO) has:

- No prior experience required
Certified Project Professional
A Certified Project Professional (CPP) has:
- 30+ hours of project management study - you can complete this in OPEN, our free online course
- Three years (or more) experience contributing to projects
- An interview with an assessor critically reflecting on one or more recent projects
Certified Project Master
A Certified Project Master (CPM) has:
- 30+ hours of project management study - you can complete this in OPEN, our free online course
- Three years (or more) experience leading project teams
- An interview with an assessor:
- Critically reflecting on one or more recent projects, and
- Demonstrating best practices in leading people, processes and change in complex environments and with personal, professional and organisational improvement.
Certified Project Director
A Certified Project Director (CPD) has:
- 15+ hours of relevant professional education over the last 12 months - you can complete this in OPEN, our free online course
- Three years (or more) experience leading project managers
- An interview with an assessor:
- Critically reflecting on one or more recent programs or portfolios of projects, and
- Demonstrating best practices in leading people, processes and change in complex environments and with personal, professional and organisational improvement.
Certified Project Trainer
As a Certified Project Trainer (CPT) you must:
- Be admitted to the Center as a Certified Project Master or Director
- Have attained the Center's Order of Merit
- Complete 30+ hours education as a professional facilitator and mentor
- Complete 30+ hours training individuals and groups in project management
- Maintain industry currency in project management and adult education
- Participate in and contribute to regular peer and supervisor evaluations
