Case study: DOL Coach

DOL Coach is a Special Forces veteran-owned delivery partner that provides all levels of certification to elite U.S. Defence units, including Green Berets, Navy SEALs, and other Tier 1 teams.

Their SOFPM program is a specialized adaptation of our curriculum, tailored to address the unique training needs, aptitudes, and knowledge gaps of Special Operations Forces personnel.

In-service, this program is part of the core curriculum for the Special Forces Advanced Warrant Officers Course at Fort Liberty, and is also delivered in collaboration with the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).

DOL Coach also extends its impact through partnerships with veteran organizations to support transitioning service members. This includes collaborations with the Navy SEAL Honor Foundation and VetJobs, ensuring veterans enjoy a seamless shift to civilian life with relevant, world-class certifications.
