We're reaching out to nonprofits and non-government organizations (NGOs) to help us find 4,000 motivated individuals in their communities who can benefit from world-class project management training and certification.

Our goal?

To add $100 million in social and economic value to the global workforce over the next ten years by equipping people with valuable, lifelong skills.

Each scholarship is worth $250. That's the cost of assessment and admission to the Center for Project Innovation as a Certified Project Officer.

Our free online certification program, OPEN, takes about 30 hours to complete and is wholly self-paced.

There's no extra cost or commitment for the people taking the course or the organizations that nominate them.

By helping 4,000 new leaders upskill with project management each year, we're aiming to:

  1. Improve confidence, skills, and career growth in marginalized communities.
  2. Boost the impact of nonprofits and NGOs through value-adding project management.
  3. Bring fresh ideas and better project handling to overlooked community sectors.
  4. Support social and economic growth and positive change worldwide.

As a non-profit or NGO partner, you get to pick the people you think are ready to learn these new skills. This could include:

  • Clients you serve who are looking to make their mark on the world
  • Dedicated volunteers who help run your programs
  • Community leaders you work with who could use these skills to drive local initiatives
  • People in your youth programs who are preparing for their careers
  • Individuals experiencing disadvantage looking to build their confidence and autonomy
  • Staff members who want to improve their ability to manage more complex projects
  • Small business owners or entrepreneurs you support wanting to grow their ventures

And here's the best part – these are full scholarships. There's no fine print or contracts to sign – it's cost-free and commitment-free for your organization.

If this is all we ever do together, that's completely fine too. Our goal is simply to support your work, with no strings attached.

All we ask is one simple thing: share your stories of success.

We'd love for you to post and share how this certification has helped you or your community!

Your stories can inspire others and show the real-world impact your people are making.

If you're a nonprofit or NGO and you'd like to extend this opportunity to your community, we'd love to chat!

If you'd like to learn more about the program and how it works, visit our Frequently Asked Questions.

Together, we can help build a workforce with more skills and create positive change all over the world.

Join us in giving the next generation of leaders a boost and making a brighter future for everyone.
